Information Architecture (IA)
IA is the discovery and planning phase of a usability consulting project. Through a series of stakeholder interviews and questionnaires, the following documents are created:

each other. This document looks similar to a family tree.
Wireframes: These documents are black & white representations of a website. It ensures
all critical links; graphics and functional components are present and easily accessible.
